This weekend, swap productivity for presence. Come spend an evening where good food, curious conversations, and thoughtful activities make space for something we often postpone: checking in with yourself.

A Seat With Yourself is an experiential evening designed to help you hang out with your own mind, in a way that feels light, engaging, and unexpectedly enjoyable.

Co-created by a psychologist and a designer, the experience blends reflection with creative exercises to help you notice your inner patterns, understand how you think, and explore what shapes the way you respond to life around you. No heavy lectures, no pressure to “figure everything out”, just a thoughtfully designed evening where self-awareness arrives through conversation, design, and small moments of pause.

Think of it as giving your mind a chair at the table too. 🪑✨

What to expect:

• Creative prompts and interactive exercises
• Fresh conversations about your inner world
• Good food in a relaxed setting
• A few surprising takeaways about yourself
